However, actual colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions. Slight variations in colour, fabric texture or stitching do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Garment Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on each garment. ZAYA shall not be responsible for damage, shrinkage, colour fading or other changes resulting from washing, drying, ironing or handling that is inconsistent with the recommended care instructions.

All prices displayed on this website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Although we take every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy, ZAYA reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Product Availability

While we endeavour to maintain accurate inventory levels, certain products may become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases, inventory discrepancies or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ZAYA reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfil an order.

If payment has already been made for an unavailable item, the affected amount will be refunded promptly through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

ZAYA reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment verification issues.
  • Any other reason deemed necessary to protect the interests of ZAYA or its customers.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.

ZAYA offers multiple payment options for your convenience, which may include:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (processed securely through our authorised payment gateway)
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)
  • Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit
  • Any other payment methods made available on our website from time to time

Orders paid via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit will only be processed after payment has been received and verified.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ZAYA reserves the right to contact customers to verify the order before dispatch.

ZAYA also reserves the right to decline or restrict Cash on Delivery as a payment option for certain locations, order values or customers based on previous order history.

All online card payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway. ZAYA does not collect or store your credit or debit card details.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, ZAYA shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
